CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy A $35 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total and ensures your spot. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit and require a new one to rebook, and 50% of service to be charged to the card on file. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. This compensates for the reserved appointment time that cannot be filled. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. There is a 10–15 minute grace period. Arriving later than this will be considered a no-show, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit. Complimentary touch-ups are only available within 24–72 hours after your service. Anything beyond that timeframe will be charged as a mini-fill. All services and deposits are non-refundable. No guests, please. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
