CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy A $35 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total and ensures your spot. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit and require a new one to rebook, and 50% of service to be charged to the card on file. No-shows will result in a $50 no-show/cancellation fee charged to the card on file and may prevent future bookings. There is a 10–15 minute grace period. Arriving later than this will be considered a no-show, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit. Complimentary touch-ups are only available within 24–72 hours after your service. Anything beyond that timeframe will be charged as a mini-fill. All services and deposits are non-refundable. No guests, please. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
